Delivery and Returns

Australia Warehouse Products – ships within  Australia

Shipping and Delivery within Australia May take 1-4 Business Days. It depends on the service you choose and Holiday Period. Per postage and courier company policy, deliveries may occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders placed before 4:00 pm (AED). Orders you place late on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Courier Post by Star Track/Courier Please/Toll

Courier delivery via Australia Post’s StarTrack Express service. Expect delivery within 1-2 business days in metro areas. Regional Western Australia and Northern Territory customers should allow extra delivery days.

Please Note there will be One Free Basic Tool Set with a particular Order for Regular Customers

Express Postage by Auspost

Express shipping via Australia Post’s Express Post service. Shipping should take 2-3 days in metro areas. Please allow longer if you are in Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.

If you place an order between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on a weekday, please give us two hours to locate and pack your purchase and have it ready for pick up. If you place an order after this time on a weekday or place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll have it ready to collect after 11:00 am on the next business day. Please contact us before you come to pick up your goods to avoid any inconvenience that may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Standard Postage by Auspost

Expect delivery to take anywhere between 3-6 business days in metro areas. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery if you are in the Northern Territory or regional Western Australia.

Shipping From Honk Kong to Australia

Items purchased from the HK warehouse will Deliver via Selected International Postage Method. Express Shipping ( Deliver Via Toll )May take 3-8 Business Days after handling. Standard Priority shipping may take 4-11 Business Days.

USA Warehouse Products – ships within the USA

Shipping and Delivery within USA May take 2-5 Business Days. It depends on the service you choose and Holiday Period. Per postage and courier company policy, deliveries may occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Orders you place late on Friday or Saturday will be processed on Monday.

Hk Warehouse Products (Ships to 40+ Countries)

Since January 2010, LAM MOBILE PARTS has been posting items to 40+ countries in the World. Every package we send comes with a Priority tracking number. We are not posting without a tracking number for safety concerns, and we are using only priority shipping services.

Priority Postage By China/Singapore /HK Post

Faster Postage system for small packages. Deliver may take 7-14 Business Days.

International Express Post

Expedite Delivery service from our HK/CN Warehouse. Will use DHL, DPEX, UPS, TNT, EMS, and FedEx as express post methods. Delivery may take 4-10 Business Days from Dispatch (BY Destination).

Royal Mail International / Parcel Force for the United Kingdom

Faster Postage system for small packages to the United Kingdom. Service offered by Royal Mail and Parcel Force. Deliver may take 5-14 Business Days.

Customs and Port tax ( For Hong Kong Warehouse Products)

Customers are responsible for all import taxes and duties charged when their parcel passes through Customs in your local country. Most countries do not charge import duties on private items up to a specific value. However, sometimes it may have required upon arrival. If you reject the delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you may be liable for returning the item at your cost. You are also responsible for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Returns and Replacements

We want you to be pleased with your order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective Products. Broken/Damage merchandise cannot be returned unless defective on arrival (Please get in touch with us as soon as you get a broken Unit).

Before Returning, Please Open an RMA Request via Returns Module. All Products should be in good condition when we receive them in the warehouse. Wrong Purchases must return within ten days.

Return Postage

All Returned Packages should include the RMA packaging slip with information on your order and the reason(s) for return, and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Once the Return package is Delivered to our Warehouse, Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your return. Please read More information on Returns in Warranty Policy.
